It is 5 weeks since I delivered my baby and I am still with 4 months tummy. Any one in the same boat ?

Hi Girls
How r u all and ur lil ones.
Nisha Neha are doing gr8, 3 months old and cing face and smiling and talking, so cute it is, I cant get enuf of them, even though I am with them 24hrs.
Coming to losing wt. Yes belt is good but I dont wear regularly. I started exercise, it feels so good and sure will reduce but lazy and also busy to workout.
I hope to make exer a part of daily routine as my NewYear Resolution. I too eat lot of sweets and crave for food coz of nursing I guess.

Hai u girls,

r u girls using the belt or not...or alteast some cotton towel or duppatta tightly around ur stomach.....
that will to a great extent reduce the tummy....and after ur 6 week checkup with the doc u can start excersing....
do some mild exercise in the starting ...try to do some abs...
it will start reducing ....

how are ur lill ones doing.....hope they have become naughty and u are enjoying their antics...my kisses to them

Hi sumana,

How r u doing ? Hopw u and ur son are doing good. my mom got the belt from India. But my doc asked me not to use that till go for post partum checkup because of C-section. That is the reason I didnot use it. Hoping to use it after 6 weeks.

hi,
I also completed 7 weeks but still look like 6 months preg.I want to reduce my weight but i eat lots of junk foods as i feel hungry always.i don't know how to stop it.
