Hi all, I am 10 weeks pregnant & have 2 queries. Firstly, I stay in bangalore & wanted to enquire if there are any places one can go for prenatal exercises? Secondly, my doctor is attached to St.Philomena's & I have been getting mixed reviews about the hospital. does anyone in this forum have any feedback on this hospital?

diet during pregnancy

In fact, you may need 350–500 extra calories each day during the second and third trimesters.
