Hi,

I'm also experiencing the same thng. It's better to make milk shakes at home n have it.
Soak 2 almonds in water before going to bed,in the morning take out the skin grind the white part and mix it in the milk n have it adding some sugar. It's very good.
Hope this will help u.

HI girls

Congrats to all of you on your pregnancies.

I'm a mom to two kids.

As regards milk - there is no hard and fast rule that you have to have saffron milk - in fact many ladies dont. People say that having saffron improves the complexion of the baby but scientifically speaking saffron has been found to increase the pain tolerance level.

You could try milkshakes - different fruits - so that they taste different and it is healthy.

For those of you who absolutely dont like the idea of consuming milk - substitute it with yoghurt or cheese. The idea is to keep the calcium levels on the up ......

Good luck

Very good doctor
Hi,

I delived a baby boy in March 2009. I consulted Dr.Chitra Ramamurthy during my pregnancy cycle. She' s one of the best doctors in Bangalore. Not many people know about her. She handled the entire process in a very professional manner. I used to visit her clinic in Jayanagar 3rd block. She is very caring and affable. She says what to do and what not to do. ... - Sandhya Rao [View Message]

So long as your baby is feeding, that' s all that really matters. These days, formulas are packed with everything the baby needs, and although it is never as good as breast milk, it' s perfectly fine. It sounds like maybe what you are missing is the bonding that breast feeding provides? My first child had both breast and bottle milk for the first 6 months, when I had a mis... - Jhumri [View Message]
