Dear Frineds,i have been married since 1 yr 6 months and form past 10 months we are trying to have a baby.Previously when i vesited my gync,she gave me clomid to take for 3 months and later found that its not woring with me. and this time when i got my periods he asked me to take unjection (Menogon) for 5 dyas continously.
Frineds i would like to know is menogon works out with everyone .
Iam really upset with all things and lost hopes in everything.
But i have little backache and nothing else side effets by taking injection.and after taking injection i have little soptting.I am getiting scared.
Anyone pls advise.

I think you are the one I directed here from expecting parents board.
If you are the one then I can also suggest you one thing that you are stressing out a lot!!!!!

Trying for 10 months and failing to conceive is not abnormal.

I am wondered why would your Ob put you on clomid? Are you under 25 years? What's your age? What type of work you do? What type of your work your spouse does?

I have witnessed couples trying over years and did not investigate on fertility and on day it worked for them, because they had no doubt in their fertility and fully confided in each ones fertility.

Also I have witnessed couples coming with concern right from the second cycle and wait and get in to pain each cycle-their failure is likely be linked to stress and some extent fertility.

I know couples who have heavy duty work or stressful job that affects their chances.

I have helped girls around here who came with problem as yours and all they needed to know is right tests and right attitude, some of them are mother of proud children.

All I am trying to say, why have you taken Clomid? what was the base? Why not for six months and why only for 3 months? How was the treatment, at a constant amount or increased dose at each cycle? How did you cope up with clomid dose?

I think if you are the same person in response to your message on expecting parents board I clarified what menogon is for and how it helps.

Finding case with similar treatment will be difficult because treatment vary from clinic to clinic and patient to patient.

Try to take one day at a time, believe in yourself and let us know more about all the questionmarks in this response along with your cycle detail.
