Hello,
I ate pakoras in a hotel.they are very soft made from gram flour,onion and brinjal,salt(usual pakora ingredients).
But when i make then they dont stay soft long like in the restaurant.Looks like its a gujarathi style pakoda or bhajia.can some one please help.Thanks

hai sakshi,
Whenever i cooked pakoras..i add cooking soda..just little bit..it will become soft and crunchy as well..and add some redchilli and if u want u can add spinach pakoras or methi pakoras..always add 2 tps sugar when u cook..realy good in taste..
