i recently discovered this mssg board&was happy to see the lively&useful chatter all of u share.Like most of you iam here in the US,first time pregnant & missing home.
I was on the lookout for an indian mssg board where it wld be easier to share tips regarding our diet&practices.
I do look fwd to hearing the garbha sanskar cd online ,which one of u plan to put on a site i think.
Due to some reason,though i have downloaded the real one player iam not able to listen to music online.iam not sure what iam doing wrong!Also do u'll know of any good websites for spiritual or calming indian music.
For those of you with heartburn keep eating frequently&popping the TUMS-it is a good source of calcium.Baked potato is a good snack&cure.
Iam in my 18th wk&have started getting some mild backache.Hope to start doing some prenatal exercises henceforth to start preparing for the long trip.
Hope to keep in regular touch&wishing all of u a happy pregnancy

Welcome to this message board. I was also very excited to find out this message board. We are so many together at the same stage and sharing our experiences.
Where exactly are you in US?
I planned to upload the Garbh Sanskar CD, but facing so many technical diffulties. So don't wait for it. When I received my CD and listened to it I was feeling that I received it late. You feel as somebody is blessing the baby and praying for its good health. Its worth spending money.
For online music, I use Raaga, MusicIndiaOnline, BhaktiSangeet and for downloading i use Kazaa.

Nice to hear from you.Ya i guess u r right abt the garbh sanskar cd i may buy it myself.I live in VA,what abt you?
I've noticed i get a low back ache when i stand for long in the kitchen,but feel better on resting with a pillow to support me.Guess this is just the beginning!
Can't wait to feel the baby movements.
Surprisingly since 2 dys iam having a rush of nausea&some explosive throwing up occ.Haven't been eating any fried or oily stuff,so hope it settles down.
Hey iam happy with the music india site,what's the full site for raaga manisha?
