My son is 2 years 7month old. I would like to know about the day care at mothers pride garimar replied. I have a mixed experience regd this school. my son is in sec-19 noida branch and doing quite well. he can speak hindi very well and can frame small sentences in english 2. he is 3.8 now and when he was admittted he was 2.7 years. at that he cud hardly mutter few words. But he picked up fast. I never visited any other play school or discussed with other parents abt their experience as each child is different and parents expectations as well. Initially i personally used to go and check the kitchen, washroom general utilities etc..which i was never denied to access and the things were ok. My son is in day care as well there and he loves his care takers as well as teachers very much. Infact he is quite pampered there as i go to drop him myself and he sometimes insists on going to class only if his class teacher wud come down and pick him up. And she does it.His teachers are humble and though young and unmarried takes their jobs seriously. I don' t agree that to shower love or care one needs to be married and have kids of her own. Infact I used to luv kids more till then i had my own. Now in hindsight automatic comparison starts. I call the teachers regularly and they r willing to hear my concern. Food quality is good and clealiness is maintained. My child knows gayatri mantra, national anthem, yoga postures,basic mannerisms(never misses to say ' thank u' , ' sorrry' , ' welcome' , ' it' s alright' , goodmorning,goodnight, ' I love U' etc. He knows lots of english and hindi poems and can relate them to situation..like when we r in flight ..he will entertain the copassengers without asking by singing Aeroplane..high up in sky, When its raining ...then pani barsa cham cham..and raindrops like. And he knows basic shapes...as well as semi circles..etc also. Now he has started writing also (alphabets and numbers). I don' t take much stress neither stress my child. But ofcourse a mother is the best teacher. So am not fully dependent on school for my child personality development.THe supporting staff at this branch is awful and many times there is communication gap. Regarding all these baby shows and presentations, functions and source of money of Sudha Gupta(think job can be better done by IT deptt).Atleast i wasn' t fancied by these and still i hardly attend these. I liked stage exposure at such tender age though. But when i was shown the presentation abt Sudha Gupta and her acheivements..I refused to c stating clearly I was more interested in knowing about the school. Y i went 4 this school bcoz the school was near to my residence and on the way to working place. And top of that my child is very happy there. And after a long hectic day..what can be refreshing than seeing a happy smiling and contented child who is eager to tell u so many things! 4 me it makes my day! :-)

Mothers Pride is really terrible...This I am telling you after my experience with them . I sent my 2 year old son to their school at CP and then later on in Noida for almost one year. Needless to say that he did not learn anything. All they are concerned with is extracting money from you. Paying high fees did not hurt us, but the staff that they have are nothing but young pretty things, with no clue, no compassion, no love , no affection at all as to how to handle kids. It is nothing but a Marketing gimmick. Which play school advertises crazily like them ? None !!! You find that their chairperson Mrs Sudha Gupta has all the gyaan in the world abt how to raise kids. What is not mentioned is that she was just an ordinary housewife of an MCD Official. From where has all this money come to build Play Schools one after another. Yaar paisa lo koi baat nahi, lekin take care of the kids naa. Teach them , play with them, instill some values, some enthusiasm in them.
One whole year of my son got wasted there, that is why I am replying in detail to u, pls do not make the same mistake. Your child is precious and deserves better than the cold blooded and careless behaviour he will be subjected to in Mothers Pride.
surbhi replied. dont opt for mothers pride...food quality is not good at all.. its just the brand name..before admission they' ll promise you so many things & once you are there they' ll refuse to admit any such things...i' m regretting for sending my son to mothers pride..you JUST DONT GO BY NAME..
