I just want to know how is ur C/sec recovery going on so far?? r u gals still have pain,when u walk r when toss on ur bed while u sleep?? r u gals with any pain killers?? mine was ok last week but this week i have a terrible pain on my left incision..sometimes i cudnt even walk.is this normal??i dont see any fluid coming on incision ..how do u gals feel ?how long will the pain be ?i am taking vicodin for every 4 hrs,but still sometimes itz very hard for me..also will there be bleeding for c/sec.i do bleed whenever i feed Tanaaz do u gals have the same...if someone can reply it wud be appreciated

sorry don't spend much time online..so the delay. i am fine, no pain after c-section, doc gave painkillers took it for first 4 days then felt gr8 so not loading it. am not doing much besides feeding...a continuous job..:)
i had my stitiches removed the 5th day and it healed well.doc had given a cloth to cover it to remain dry..
Take care of ur stitches after bath wipe it dry..drink lots of fluids as sugg by doc.
keep ur back straight while feeding may help reduce pain..don't know what else to do..

When was your section?Bcos once I completed 10 days I felt a whole lot better.I was on a drug similar to vicodin only for like 5 dys then my dr suggested switching to tylenol as vicodin is constipating&a strong analgesic.I took the tylenol daily for a wk now iam totally off all pain meds my delivery was on 24th.
Some residual pain in one corner of the incision is common&takes a while to go like a mth or two.
Ashra mom is making a lot of chicken &veg soups& iam having fruits&juices,I think this helped me recover well.Also drinking milk twice a day.Occasionally when i try to stumble out of bed to feed or go to the loo I too have to be careful bcos i can feel some catch or pain in the incision area.Just learn to turn to your side&get up slowly.Also i have placed a footstool near my bed so I don't have to strain much to get out of bed.
Bleeding during feeds&some uterine spasms is common until we complete the 6 wks postpartum so don't worry.
