Tahnks for replying back.
Hetal, I know managing everything is not impoosible but its not an easy job to begin with. I am learning and believe me improved significantly but am looking for ways people can suggest so that I don't have to learn the hard way.
My job is very demanding, with special stress to very. Even though Arjun is my top priority, my job needs me at work until 7 pm almost every alternate day and some days I have to be there over the weekends and thats required to be an average performer ( mind it average not the top). I am trying to manage by delegating work, saying no if needed but still it creates stress sometimes as my husband's job is a stressful one too.
With Arjun sick, it was really hard for me to juggle. Now when he is better and am back to work, I have tons of pending stuff to finish.
At home, I have projects pending too.

I know all these things can be managed. If it would have been not, I wouldn't have asked how.
I will ping you at hetalnagraj dot com to get some tips seeing you managing it very well.

Priya, thanks for sending out the suggestions. I was considering quitting mu job but learnt since past couple of days that Arjun is enjoying his day-care. Yesterday when I went there he was playing and continued to play even after seeing me. A big relief for me. So quitting my job is on back of my mind now and will always be i guess until he grows up:)

aarti,i know its tough. i have been thru it. you atleast know the cooking and stuffs, when i came to US after working in corporate as 9-9 job, staying at home was hard for me. i have learnt it a very hard way and have burnt my hands for it. also my dh is very particular about food. sometimes its tough for me to satisfy everything, but he has his ways to stick to it. and i respect that.
you have seen how people react here when we share something, so i m not willing to share anything about my things over here. and i had to write something to tell you that we think its tough like it was for me in past and that we can overcome it.how and all is personal opinions so dont want to discuss it here.m tired of explaining all unknown or unnamed readers and silent readers about my stands.
will love to share and learn from you.feel free.
take care, how is arjun now? I hope he is now completly recovrd.
Regards

Breast pumps
I am using a medela pump to feed my baby when I am out. The medela breast pumps are really a good choice for the working moms. We can pump the milk regularly and can store it and use whenever needed.... - dalewhither [View Message]
evenflo elan breast pump
Buy this pump! It’s made my life so much easier. I always got sore with my old Medela Advanced, but that never happens with the Ameda Purely Yours Breast Pump. What really makes a difference is its ease of use. It’s really easy to switch between pumping phases and take apart to clean. Strongly recommend it for all mothers that pump daily.... - stellatylor [View Message]

try this
As we discussed earlier in this forum I used magnetic alphabets , through which he has learnt alphabets within a week. And number within 4 days.
It is as like take the letter and stick to it where ever he goes more and ask him to search a particular letter. this worked very well for me.
all the best... - Manju [View Message]
