Hi, I have a daughter,she is 3 and 1/2 months old.My breast milk used to be sufficient until last week,but i could not feed her for 5 days unfortunately and now my milk have decreased.
is there any way to increase them?

try dill leaves u will find in stop and shop also soak methi seeds in curd and drink.if u are non-vegetarian eat salmon and tuna fish.

i had the same problem, but because i read a lot on breastfeeding i could overcome this problem. firstly i hope that u r not going through any kind of tensions, as it has direct effect on milk production. i would suggest u eat properly..a balanced diet and plenty of fluid and while feeding keep yourself relaxed.
i want to share with u this fact..that even though the breasts feel soft it does not mean that there is no milk because milk is in the gland at the back. secondly, the more the baby sucks, more will be the milk production. the body supplies milk according to the baby's demand. if u stop or reduce the feeds, the milk production will also be reduced.

so dont give up..just relax and continue to feed. speaking from experience.
