Hello
I'm a new mum of a 2 month old. I just came across this great site.
I'm not indian, I'm chinese who lives in America, but I'm really interested in what different cultures recommend for new mums after delivery and for bringing in the milk.
I would love to hear your experiences, what you ate, and why. If you know of a good book that explains the kind of Indian food for new mums, please recommend it too.

try fenugreek tea available at GNC.

feed him from your breast as much as u can. if there is a demand our body will automatically produce more milk.

According to my gyno, I have some special hormones due to which i can easily lactate and due to that my motherly instincts are extremely high. I was lactating until 1 yr back & I still can induce if i want to breastfeed anyone.
