I see you have some concerms like me for tofu. I bought some organic tofu extra firm. My ped said we can give as snack food just small pieces. But here is a recipe i found

Bake.
Lightly grease a small oven dish with oil -i prefer ghee ans then place some pieces on tofu in there ..pour some pasta sauce or sauce you make at home with tomato and the you can spinkle some slice cheese. not giving mozzarella as that cause kids to choke then lightly bake in oven for maybe 5-10 mins untill cheese gets light brown.

Priya Priya replied. Pridu reread the recipe...greasy the oven ware add the tofu sprinkle some olive oil and the let bake until tofu golden brown the pour pasta sauce and cheese and let bake.
