I’m trying from last 1.6 yrs but yet not conceived. Earlier my HSG has been done, it was also clear, my thyroid test is also clear. I’m undergoing follicular study. On my 1st follicular study on 10th day the egg size of rt ovary was 26mm nd left ovary was 18mm so the doctor gave me the injection (Coriam of 10,000mg) to rupture the egg on that day but I didn’t conceive. This time again on my 8th day of follicular study the egg size of rt ovary is 18mm and left ovary is 13mm and EMS is 9mm, medicines I’m taking is amycordial,and susten tablet twice a day is given from 16-28th day. Just wanted to know that my treatment is going in a proper way or not? And what is the reason behind my egg growing so quickly before the date. Is it a severe problem then what the solution is? You would need to check your hormonal levels, including FSH (On Day 2 of menses), LH, TSH and Prolactin. Some women typcially have shorter cycles. If your egg matures around the 10th day and your endometrial thickness is good, you should not worry about it provided your hormonal levels are within normal limits. What about your husband' s sperm counts? Have they been checked? If his tests are normal and you have not conceived after planned relations, you would benefit from an IUI cycle.
