HI Preethu. Thx for ur wishes. Glad to know that you are settling down with Pranav's feeding routine. I'm sure he will breatfeed, so keep trying. All the very best.
Shreya too has lot of wind and has bad nights due to the same too. The midwife says that babies bowel movement takes some time to get in order so winding is hard work for them. From what I have learnt, babies don't have to pass motion everyday, and in reply to having more than few times in a day, doc says how long is the string, meaning, too many or too little motion should not be bothersome till the time baby is comfortable and feeding alright. Maybe formula is causing some constipation, but hopefully all that is settled now.
About being exhausted, I'm trying to get Shreya to latch on and she even does that for comfort to help her wind, so when she is not hungry, she's still there.....so I'm completely exhausted. But again after six weeks, this might improve as babies do tend to take more feed after that period. So hang in there, we all will get through this..keep faith.
