hey everybody....am posting after a really long time..how r u all doin. I have a baby girl n named her rhea.
Shez completed 9 months. I joined office last month.

The thing is i wanted to feed her for at least 1 yr...don' t want to start with outside milk. So what i do is remove my milk n store in the bottle for her, dat my MIL gives her in a day..

Lately i can remove only about 80ml of milk. Shez given other food 3-4 times in the day. Before i leave n after i go home shez on my milk. ie. till 10 in the morn n 7.30 pm onwards in the even.

I think she shud be given more milk in the day. Waht do u all think...was thinking of starting outside milk.....
Let me know what has to be done according to u all....

hi pp,
I think u shud start with outside milk u can give nandini bule packet milk which is pasteurised.first start with small quantity say 30 ml and c it it suits ur baby n then slowly introdude it...
also since ur feeding it wil take sometime for ur baby to get used to new changes...

So dont worry it wil go fine...
Spk to ur doc once regardg milk and wat milk u can giv....bcoz some babies hav elactose intolerance ....
So pls chk with ur doc n then proceed...

Cheers,
Prathi...

i wud suggest not to give cow´ s milk till she turns 1..u can give her formula..try Nan2..u can pump milk with a breast pump but investing in it at this time is not a wise decision as they are quite pricey..and babies intake at this stage is more, they need atleast 6-8 ounces per feed at this stage, so 80ml will not be sufficient at all..consult a doc before u start anything new..all the best...
