Hi All,

How are you? Am doing good. I had a query to you all, Roops, KT, Shilpi, Supriya??? Have you lost the inches that you gained on your tummy. My tummy is still looking big.

I have been going for aerobics for the past 3 weeks. I wanted to know if any of you are going for special waist reduction treatments?

Losing tummy is very tough.. U need to avoid sweets and fatty stuff.
Yoga and Pranayam help(they ve not helped me yet since i was not doing them often).. THere s a type of pranayam called Kapalbati.. the say it helps to get rid of belly fat post delivery.
Stomach crunches, walking are some other measures..
this one exercise helps... lie flat on ur tummy.. then hold ur feet and balance on ur stomach ( giving a bow shape to the body). Exhale as u balance on ur stomach.
Lie flat on ur back... then raise ur legs as high as possible. Hold as much as u can or for a while and then come back... Initially u can try with one leg at a time.
It does take time. combine diet and exercise and u ll get good results
Or u can join Yoga or aerobics(in u get time)
