Hi All,
I am 3 months pregnant. Can anybody tell me if i can eat something to improve the colour / complexion of the baby. Is there any traditional decoction or any home remedy for this.
Does eating saffron help? which month should i take this.
thanks :)

Hi Chiya,
I am in 16th week of pregnancy. In one of message posted by Archie, the complexion of baby is heridity. But when my mother was here she used to tell me that her mother i.e my Nani used to tell that eating curd or drinking buttermilk will change the complexion. No idea how true this is.
I suggest you not to worry on this and be happy.

Very good doctor
Hi,

I delived a baby boy in March 2009. I consulted Dr.Chitra Ramamurthy during my pregnancy cycle. She' s one of the best doctors in Bangalore. Not many people know about her. She handled the entire process in a very professional manner. I used to visit her clinic in Jayanagar 3rd block. She is very caring and affable. She says what to do and what not to do. ... - Sandhya Rao [View Message]

It sounds like maybe what you are missing is the bonding that breast feeding provides? My first child had both breast and bottle milk for the first 6 months, when I had a mis... - Jhumri [View Message]
