how do i increase my 8 yr old sons concentration power. he is very distractive .very hyper . somebody please help

Hello Puji,
please let me know if your son takes lot of sweets espicially chocolates and drinks a good amount of milk, bad at eating good food and good at junk.
watches cartoon and gets angry when refuse to give him what he needs... please tell me more about your childs behaviour and i shall help you over come this problem this will take time but will definitely work..
i have gone through the same problem with my son but now he is under control however he is 6 years nows
