Non-Vegetarian Food:problem with cooking!!!!!!!!

Name: ss hi everyone,my problem is i cant cook anything tasty.whatever i cook it end up in mess.its not that iam new in kitchen .iam cooking for last 3 year but i dont find any improvement in my cooking.it taste ok not great.can anyone say why it happens and pls give me some tips.i want people to praise my cooking.my hubby is far away from me now and cooking himself,so when i join him, i want him to feed tasty food.i hope u people understood what i mean .pls help me out.

Well all i wanna tell u is that u need to cook without the consciousness of u spoiling it or the food not tasting as good ..... u can do miracles when u have confidence in ur self ... read the recipe well while cooking n follow it ...at a point u ll see that u are improvising n making changes on ur own ...n .yes ..they are sure to taste good ... n all will apppretiate ur effort.

i am sheetal.
i can understand ur concern.i was like u too but now changed a lot.
first take it coolly when u start cookig.i will suggest u to try with simple receipes so tht when u go to make rich and heavy dishes for u beloved husbad u can ot the perfect measurement of the ingrediets.try all the sites tht has receipe and put the ingredients with the measurement spoon instructed.this will help u to learn and sooner u will find rself doing the same receipe adding ur taste to it.this will make u a perfect one to reach ur husbands heart and mind.
