I am 26 years and married for 4 years. We family planned for first 2 years and my cycles were irregular after wards. With help of Clomid tablets I conceived in 3rd try , but unfortunately it ended up as ectopic. I didnt have to do any surgery, took methortrexate and was advised not to try for baby for 6 months. After wards, we tried naturally without any success and even tried 3 rounds of IUI without any result. :(
Planning to go for IVF now.Any idea what is the rate of IVF in India?

Hi, You need to go for treatment with good infertility specialist having a good centre. I would suggest you to see Dr. Rishma Pai who is an excellent infertility specialist.

Yes neetu, as they all said i was also asked to pay 1.5 lks and keep aside 50,000 for medicines. together they asked me to bring 2 lakhs and ofcourse it would be more for other expenses like travel, food, rooms etc....

Hi Nee,

Pls be noted that amount wch hospital has mentioned is Hospital expense, This doesnt include medicine, ( Harmone Injection ) which r v costly, one day dose Injection will be 7-8 thousand. which you have to take atleast 11-15 days based on ur folicole growth, Doc will never mention this when u ask them IVF costing. i had my ICSI done at manipal hospital, wch costed me arnd 2.4 lacs.

I called up some of the clinics and checking the rates. They said from 1-1.5L. Never thought it is so expensive.

The approx cost is arount 2.25 lacks

Thnaks for the info. Do you mean 2.2L for one IVF?
I think that is veery much towards higher side. I thought it will be around 50-60K. Please correct me if I am wrong.
