Due Date Club December 2005:Know your dreams and why you dream!

Hey friends,

Do you dream more often during pregnancy? I definitely do...

Here's what i read on Baby Center!
Dreams are like funhouse mirrors that reflect your emotional state. Since pregnancy can feel like an emotional roller coaster, don't be surprised if your dreams become more vivid and crazy than usual. Dreams also become more vivid during pregnancy because of increased progesterone and increased awakenings from dream-filled REM (rapid eye movement) sleep.

Some experts think pregnancy dreams, which can be about everything from tadpoles and fishes to talking animals and towering skyscrapers, symbolize your excitement, fear, and apprehension about the physical and emotional changes happening to you. They believe that certain themes are common to each stage of pregnancy.

Hi Rids,
I agree to whatever they have said... even I dream a lot. Sometime 3 to 4 dreams which becomes difficult to remember in morning. But in my case rather than dreaming what they have said, I dream more on volience for example: my hubby and his family are against me or it could be that all my family member including my younger sister ignoring me when I am in deep trouble. No one to help me.. Once I had a dream where I am not well and I am visiting temple... I am not able to climb the stairs but still no one came forward to help me... I was crawling to top.....
I am frightend of dreams.......

Very good doctor
Hi,

I delived a baby boy in March 2009. I consulted Dr.Chitra Ramamurthy during my pregnancy cycle. She' s one of the best doctors in Bangalore. Not many people know about her. She handled the entire process in a very professional manner. I used to visit her clinic in Jayanagar 3rd block. She is very caring and affable. She says what to do and what not to do. ... - Sandhya Rao [View Message]

So long as your baby is feeding, that' s all that really matters. These days, formulas are packed with everything the baby needs, and although it is never as good as breast milk, it' s perfectly fine. It sounds like maybe what you are missing is the bonding that breast feeding provides? My first child had both breast and bottle milk for the first 6 months, when I had a mis... - Jhumri [View Message]
