what kind of set up do you think is best for a small child especially when both parents work?presently i am staying alone with my husband and two year old son.me and my husband are working and my son is looked after by domestic helps.do you think i have to force my in-laws to join us?my son is happy as of now.but i sometimes feel he might feel lonely as he grow up.please advice.i had one cousin who stayed with us who shifted recently after his marriage.my son likes him a lot.so after his shifting,i feel all the more bad for my son. vv replied. Depends on which is better for you - and the nature of your inlaws. With inlaws who are logical and good hearted, staying with inlaws is definitely better. If they aren' t, its hard for kids to take the negative environment at home. Good luck !
