hi bhairavi and all.

brushing habit does not need teeth first of all. in common terms, we say that because we often use it as a layman to mouth rinsing or tongue or gum cleaning. or rather, just dental or oral care.
before nirja had teeth, i was cleaning her tongue and rubbing lightly her gums with cotton cloth or cheese cloth available here.
since nirja started having teeth, i started her this habit, before she starts saying NO, which will be soon someetimes in next 4 months...
i like those finger brushes available in walmart that is often free with gerber toothpaste. just wear it in your finger and babies often allow to put it in mouth..
since the toothpaste is tasty, they let you move it thru the mouth..
i too liked it..just do as directed on the pack of the toothpaste.or else, move the finger brush to your lightest might in circular motion thru the gums and lastly on the tongue,,and let them spit the water or the paste out..its okay to let them be messy or let them drink it,,as their mouth dont have much dirt.
i also liked the toothbrush available at onestepahead dot com. c if you like them. just the shipping is not free ! you can get some coupans or promotional offers from coupancreeps or coupancreep dot com,,most of the times,,,
i didnt buy them, as by the time, i already had bought the ordinary one from walmart.
if babies dont allow, as they are moody, put the finger brush in fridge for a while, not to chill just cool enough to allow them to put in their mouth...
after brushing,,make them drink a good 1 oz of water,to clear their throat.
and u are good to go,,
every morning and before bed,,make it as a habit.

njoy

Breast pumps
I am using a medela pump to feed my baby when I am out. The medela breast pumps are really a good choice for the working moms. We can pump the milk regularly and can store it and use whenever needed.... - dalewhither [View Message]
evenflo elan breast pump
Buy this pump! It’s made my life so much easier. I always got sore with my old Medela Advanced, but that never happens with the Ameda Purely Yours Breast Pump. What really makes a difference is its ease of use. It’s really easy to switch between pumping phases and take apart to clean. Strongly recommend it for all mothers that pump daily.... - stellatylor [View Message]

try this
As we discussed earlier in this forum I used magnetic alphabets , through which he has learnt alphabets within a week. And number within 4 days.
It is as like take the letter and stick to it where ever he goes more and ask him to search a particular letter. this worked very well for me.
all the best... - Manju [View Message]
