Hi All,

This is the 1st time I writing in here. I have PCO and my folliclees were not developing by themselves to the required size to for me to ovulate.Had been put on Letrozole from day 3-7 of my cycle and went in for a USG on day 9. I have 4 dominent follicle both ovaries combined the largest of which was 6.2 mm
:( My Dr. says that they are small but will probably grow to the right size by day 15-16 when she will do an IUI. I am going in for my 2nd USG on day 11 and am really scared that they might not have grown sufficiently by then or even by day 15-16 for my Dr. to go ahead with an IUI. Please let me know if someone has has similar experience with Letrozole and what was the end result. I am really getting depressed over this whole thing ...please help.
