Hi everybody,
My son who is 2 yrs. old doesn't want to take vegetables at all. I tried all different kinds of veggies cooked with spieces and bland. Nothing is working. He is eating rice (rasam, curd) - and idli, dosa ok. But absolutely no veggies - Any Ideas?!! Thank You.

dont worry when kids dont eat anything as it sometime takes time for them to accept certain types of food. but there are many many ways in which you can hide it and give like in dahi rice, in parathas, with whatever he likes like you can make a light pulao with the vegs very very finely chopped so that he does not realise that he is eating it with rice . any veg blends well with dal so cook dal with the vegetable and feed him that.
pls let me know if my tip was helpfull ok..

Hi arshiya,
thanks for your wonderful tip. I sure will try this out and let you know how it went. In fact my mom was saying over the weekend when I was talking to her regarding this matter, try to grate the veggies and mix that in the Dosa flour when you make dosa!! Really got to try these things...

So my sister’s child is a very fussy eater. She generally makes veggie cheese rolls or sandwiches to get her to eat her vegetables. She tries to use colourful and pretty veggies to get her to eat. Giving smoothies, fruit salads and milkshakes is another appetizing and attractive method.
