yesterday I went to my 6weeks postpartum appt with my gync. Everything good it seems. So on and off pressure and pain is normal and it'll go as the time passes. I lost all of my pregnancy weight i.e 20lbs I don't know how. She is also surprised and asked whether I lost too much blood I think not so she said to take Iron tabs two times a day instead of once a day.
And abt our prince Siddharth he's doing fine. Started laughing and cooing and extra--. But he's troubling with gas any suggestions?.
And also my l.b flow is fast I think its normal but any suggestios to help the baby while feeding?

susmitha Bhavna replied. Great to hear from u, Sushmitha...glad to know Siddharth is doing good..Saachi too smiles and tries to talk to us..also she has started creeping using her heels..tries really hard and gets it...
I too lost all my preg weight...i guess the GD diet helped us in the end!!
I have stopped iron..saachi's poop was turning green...i do take prenatal vitamin though.
Difference in milk fllow is common..i have that too..in fact saachi tries o pull away when its too fast and that has again given me very sore nipples.
gradually babies adjust..i try to burp her in the middle..that allows her to settle.
As for panjeeri...an aunt made it for me and i ate a lot of it in the 1st 40 days..asi felt very hungry while feeding her..also supposed to be good for restoring uterus to its original size and also milk flow.
here is the recipe
u will need to fry nuts like almonds and cashews and makhanas and a thing called kamarkas and gond(available at bharat bazar)in desi ghee. then fry atta also in ghee..mix all together..let it cool and mix sugar.
