Stress is one big enemy of our body not only emotionally but also physically. Taking rest is good and I was also told about keeping feet warm. I dont know how but socks might help. Then healthy diet and abstinence from marital relationship for some time is also suggested. I tried so long for conception but it didnt help. You see 8 long years of my marriage. O I was desperate to do everythng in my power to get there. Even if it was complete bed rest. I finally achieved my dream of parenthood and I believe these suggestions might prove helpful for other people too. Good luck everybody.
emly replied. Hi, I don't have my personal experience of IVF. But my friend had experienced IVF. She suffering from infertility due to PCOS. It's very hard to cope up with this. Then she chose a good fertility clinic for her treatment. Now she has a cute boy. The doctor also gave her the strick instructions after IVF like took healthy food take rest and do the slow walk. These are instructions were very profitable for her. I read a lot of experiences about fertility treatment at this forum. That is very profitable for us. emly replied. After that, she could not become a mother. Her doctor declared her an infertile. Then she moved to fertility clinic for IVF. Now she is under treatment in a fertility clinic. I wish she will become a mother soon. I think Surrogacy is the best option for you. Surrogacy is the blessing for infertile people. I also become a mother through surrogacy. Don't lose hope. It leads me toward infertility. This forum helps me in many situations which are related to health. Infertility was the big issue for me. My doctors advise me to stay away from conceiving. It will risky and dangerous. I am taking the drugs under the prescription of the doctor. Only because of medication my health is stable. Doctors advised me to wait until my condition got stable. I am so glad you are blessed with a beauful family. I have tried all odds of getting pregnant with no luck. I would like to adopt a girl child.Could you please guide me in adoption process. I had planned to do IVF but I thought that I will take doctor’s suggestions before taking any decision about IVF. I waited patiently and tried fertility drugs under doctor’s prescription. My doctor told me that if this does not work we will go ahead and conduct IVF. I had to show lots of patience and my husband supported me throughout this tough time. Luckily I was successful to conceive a baby with the help of fertility drugs and we had to skip the plan of undergoing IVF. So it is therefore necessary to take doctor’s guidance and suggestions before talking any important decision.
Seema replied. I tried treating my self through various options available for infertility but it was of no use. Finally we decided to adopt. However, we were unaware about IVF treatments at that time. Then one of our family friends suggested us to do IVF. We tried IVF just as a formality as we had lost all our hopes and finally we adopted a girl child. To adopt a child we had to wait for a longer time as it is not so easy to adopt. There are lots of formalities to be completed for adoption of a child. However, when I went through IVF, it was successful. We were so surprised to look at the God’s grace. God blessed us with two children, one girl and one boy. So I want to tell all the childless couples to stop worrying and believe in God.
