Health Issues:Prickly heat type " danas" over 3 month old?

My little 3 month old has prickly heat type danas (flesh coloured - not pink) mostly over her face, head, ears, some parts of neck and diaper area extending to lower legs. I' m a bit confused as to why it is happening. She has not been bathed for the last 1 month for fear of catching cold but has been cleaned religiously through sponging. Her other activities are all fine. This had happened once more when I' d rushed her to the emergency and we were returned from there saying this was a little due to heat inflammation or may be some sort of allergy to a Johnson & Johnson product. Can anyoen suggest anything?
