Hi ,
My baby is 2 months old now ,everything was fine till now.Due to sudden death of my Hubby's brother we all r going to India on tuesday.
But from 5 days iam having very bad constipation problem and i have internal hemmoroids itseems,Doc have prescribed me Rectal cream with Hydrocortisone.
And also i use pain reliever spray.
Iam having very painfull bowl movement.
As iam going to India iam very nervous please help me Archie,what can i do ,though i use all these medicine why its not going?

Past one week I too was facing the same problem. The pain was unbearable. It was difficult sitting & nursing the baby too. Plus it was terrible during a bowel movement. I was bleeding then. But yesterday my doc prescribed a cream its better now. In just one day. PLus I have been drinkig lots of water.

me too sme prob.not yet solved .
am ving duphalac 15ml twice daily also applying rocto glyvenol cream.dr.said to have fibre rich diet nd 8 glasses of water minimum.
am ving orange juice smetimes brown bread.
but last 10 days had brufen 400 every day as pain was too much but now praying to sai past few days by godsgrace are better.
god save us as even medicines are useless

after a long time. Sorry to hear the bad news abt your brother-in-law.
After delivery I too suffered constipation and doc prescribed me some stool softener tablets and spray. I think u can get these tabs on the counter also I heard prune juice is good. Hope this helps.
