i had my first internal exam and I am 1cm dialated already . The doc could feel the baby's head too .Doc estimates 10-14 days left for delivery .

Hi,

Reading that the doctor can already feel the baby's head gives me the jitters. Are you meant to take any extra precautions now. How was the internal exam. Is it a bit messy or uncomfortable in any way ?
