Hi, I have a 2 year old girl.
Starting June, she is getting flu every fortnight. My baby' s doc says its very common to get recurring flu but I dont understand how my kid will cope with this. I have seen couple of doctors now and they say its nothing to worry about. I am clueless, I cant argue with the docs. does anybody sharing the same issues.

Is your child' s height and weight normal for her age. Pls. encourage her to \" eat\" and healthy like in milk: complan(1-2 times daily), honey during cold season threptin biscuits, boiled egg, fish, etc.. Also do not leave her hair wet- dry thoroughly. Try to give her bath in afternoon. Consult a homeopathy doctor also- like I used to take those pills regularly to curb my tonsils problem in childhood, which is of recurring nature and otherwise wud need operation. Also pls ask her doctor if she needs supplements- iron, calcium, vitamin B group, Vit C, Vit A, Vit D, protein, etc. As such recurring flu is more common during teething but your child shud have her set by now. Also, if she has started going to playschool, pls ensure she is adequately clothed if there is AC. Do U take her for morning walk?

her height and weight are normal. she takes in milk related foods twice a day. she goes to a day care where she picks up these infections i guess. May be putting her up at a day care with few kids may make a difference. I even think that low immune wud be the issue for her recurring flu, but her doc is not prescribing anything for that even after i aksed about it
