Hi Everyone,

Its been really really long since I participated on the board. I do occassionally check for all ur updates and now its time to update yall with whats up on my front.

So far pregnancy was pretty smooth. And only in my 36th week u/s, which was on 28th Oct., doc found that my placenta was low-lying, which was preventing baby from coming down. Was asked to wait for a week to see if, as the womb expands, whether it clears the way for baby to engage. Went for check-up on Wed and no chg in placenta position. So Doc has adv to go for a planned c-section next week. Have to go for one more chk-up tmrw, before she decides when to do it.

Thats all from me for now, will let u all know how it goes tmrw and when will be the d-day for me.

Hi Nikita,

Good to see you back on the board.

I am sure by now you would know your status and I am hoping that the placenta is now in the position where it has to be. Don't worry, your doctor will do what is best for you and the baby. Keep the faith and everything will turn out just great.

Good luck with everything and please keep us updated on your progress.

Hi Nikita. Sorry to hear regarding the placenta position, I hope it resolves itself by tmw and things look up. Good luck for your appointment.

And if C-section is inevitable, I'm sure all will go well like Hemani and the baby will be with you real soon.
