hi guys..

i' m 4 wks pregnant.. this morning i had a bit of bleeding with no cramps or pain..it stopped within a few minutes.. there was no sign of any tissue or substance in my underwear.. i rushed to the hospital for an emergency scan.. luckily for me, the embryo sac looks unaffected by the bleeding.. its still too early for the heartbeat to be detected..my doctor has advised i increase susten 200mg dose to thrice a day from thrice a day.. she said that bleeding can happen in early pregnancy and it isn' t always a bad sign.. if any of u have been thru something similar then please let me know.. i was very alarmed and worried this morning.. i hope everything is going to be ok.. I am 6wk 6days pregnant, and last week I had pink spotting and with some tissue discharge, I was very very worried thinking I lost my baby. My doctor ordered an Ultrasound and blood test. My results came good, baby is fine ....so u don' t worry at all, also I am on progesterone suppositories to maintain my hormone levels....I hope my story will give you some confidence:)

Thanks for the input. I was worried when i saw the spotting but now i' m pretty much at ease. I was wondering if i should get my HCG levels checked again. My count last week was 371 and it went upto 1071 in 48 hrs. So my doctor was quite satisfied with that result so today she said she didn' t think i needed to test my HCG levels again in spite of the spotting. Do you guys think i should get it done again just in case?

Also, my scan report says that at 4weeks5days my gestational sac is visible and yolk sac and fetal pole is not visible. I read on some websites that generally yolk sac and fetal pole develop by 6weeks3days. I have my next scan on 30th Nov i.e. in 10 days. Should I delay it by 2-3 days more so i have a more concrete result?

do not worry at all. the extra dose of progestone will protect your baby..
heart beat is usually detected after 7th week..

Nothing to worry bleeding is normal..pls dont keep yourself stressed thinking about your past...just 2-3 weeks more & you will be able to see your baby' s heartbeat...so just enjoy your pregnancy...& leave everything is God' s Hand.
