i am working women, my kid is one year old. He is in my mother-in-law place. i am thinking to bring him with me and put it in creche. but my husband is not accepting to leave him in creche. He is syaing that baby wont get carying with them. Please sujjest me. what i have to do..i am missing him soo much.

Sure....this is a great outcome.,,,,its best to keep a nanny at home....

thank you vry much for your advice. time being he can be there after one month i will bring him here and leave him in creche. lets c how the will work out. what is your plan for going for job after your child grows.

hi, thank you for your reply..but i cant quit the job now. bcoz of family situation. but i need a suggestion. i find out one creche..they r taking care of the baby in the home itself. only two kids are there. can i leave my kid in that creche..so that he will grow in the family environment. i am asking your suggestion..please help me.

Hi Anitha,

I dont how will you take my reply...but i m was in the same situtation as u...i did miss my son very much....as a result i left my job n became a full time mother.
I agree with ur hubby that ur child will be better taken care by your MIL than a daycare.But if life becomes miserable for u...well u have to decide between job n baby !Anitha....priorities in life change....if u are working for financial reasons....then maybe u may want to try for sometime n not work....and see if ur huuby is able to run the household.
Orelse get your baby home...n keep a nanny or tell ur MIL to stay with u.
Believe me for me nothing worked out n so i left my job....i just wanted to see my child grow...u will miss all this once he is older right ?
