Iam just fed up of my life just no hope,its the same for the past 13 yrs.Same MIL and her SON and his WIFE(SIL) creating endless problems,me not able to cope up with them still.They can never change making my life miserable but the sadness is that Iam not able to come out of this trap.I have tried yoga and meditation too but nothing helps for too long my inlaws dirty vibes just kill me.Whole day I do nothing but Iam very tired and exhausted,putting on weight....nothing to look forward too.I have developed health problems like asthma and arthritis.I dont look after my kid well,Even though Iam at home I dont keep my kid happy too.I dont have friends whom I can talk too,I forgot the days I used to have hearty laugh.Now my life is in ma mess I dont know when my problems would end sometimes I feel they would end with my life.Iam very very unhappy.

Saheli replied. Did you have a look at your post after you posted it? Some of the directions lie within your question itself.
Although it would help if you could tell more about yourself, family struture, hubby, who' s working, who' s earning and how' s your typical day like but still, in a nutshell I can say - you need to start living your life and enjoy it as well.
I hope you understand that in a joint family one cannot expect everything to be your way. One has to make compromises and adjustments and let go things that you really like, also ignore things that can hurt you. So dont lose hope of good days, but yes, dont hope either that things would be completely your way.
If you look at your problem you have two things to be, lets say, worked on. Your folks/relationships and yourself.
For now let me concentrate on YOU as you have not mentioned the details so cant comment on it. I have no idea what exactly those people do to make your life miserable but lets start with it. Do one thing, write down everything that do that hurts you, write down all your agony and agression and post it here. Share your woes with us. We have been sailing same boats so you know we can understand you. Sharing with us will feel you better.
And once you drain yourself out like that, dont look back to it. Let people say things that hurt you, but you have to define how much of it you would take to your heart and how much to ignore. Remember one thing, till the time you give your happiness in the hands of other people they are gonna play with it as they want. Keep your happiness in your command. Dont take things to heart. Dont keep thinking about them.
Keep a watch on yourself as a thirs person and start avoiding those thoughts and make yourself busy elsewhere.
I assume you are a homemaker. You have to get your mind out of that riutine env. Make yourself busy in some producting/constructive work. See if you can do a parttime job. Make new friends ... friends wont come to you, you will hv to go out and be with them. Talk to neighours, take your son out to park in evening and go for a walk. Read nice articles on this site and implement. Spend some time in taking care of yourself by some home beauty remedies, the new good look and the compliments will cheer you up.
Do your duties towards your house and use the other time to spend in things that can make you happy. Avoid opportunities to face the people who say things and hurt you, stay away as far as possible. Pick up your old hobbies.
There are a number of things you can do. I dont know how much free time you hv in hand, but if you have, even visit an old age home or an orphanage at times and see if you want to do some daan/social work.
Your hope and happiness is within you dear. You are searching for it outside. Define your objectives and aim of life. Get the remote of your happiness in your own hands.
