Dear All,
Plz let me know how to get prepared for IVF. I would be starting it next month so how should i go about.Diet, excercise, sex, stress, travel, etc. Any small suggestions would really mean a lot to me as i m new to ivf. I still have the tension thinking of it, what if it doesn' t work.
Now i m trying to my best to be positive and relaxing but deep inside still have that dak dak going on. I really would like to know how to go about in those 2 week wait after ET. How to overcome the ansiousness and bored bed rest? monica replied. Hi UK,

As such there is no specific diet before you start IVF, but yes u can have balanced diet, Avoid Cycling, Hot Tub Baths, Strict No to Alcohol, Avoid Passive Smoking, Most Imp is be Positive, dnt think at this stage about results, i know its v easy to say, but v Hard to follow, During Best Rest you can read books, Watch TV, Invite some of ur close freinds at home whome you can talk to,
