Hi priya ji sorry i disturb u again and again ..But i am so tensed about so many problems ..and thank god somewhr i found this site and i found u ..God bless u (i pray to God)..

Priya ji ..please tell me if u can ..About hormones problem ..Priya ji I think my hormones are not balanced..As u know i have alot of body hairs .. and with that problem i have pimples problem too ..I discussed all this with one doctor .. She suggested me not to play with hormones and she said me to be happy with whatever i have got from God .. she said hormones Replacement or medicines for all this sometimes may not be good .. She said U r unmarried so she wud not suggest for any doctor ..

Mainly i want to ask u priya ji .. Let suppose if my hormones are not balanced .. will it balance itself with time .. Or if there is any nature way u know please help me .. i would be really thankful to u ...

I have alot of pimples and unwanted hairs ..but touchwood my periods r normal everymonth .. I read on internet abt Hirtuism which is caused my hormones .. I read its symptoms , there was written if ur periods are disturbed and u have acne and hairs growth and if ur voice is changing and u are having deep voie then u have Hirsutism .. But i dont have any other problem like this ..
I jus have pimples and hair s.. can Hormones be balanced itself by some natural way .. at home only..
I read some articles in newspaper few days before that if u want to balance ur hormones U should take few (AKHROT) , almonds .. That i m taking .. If u know something like this .. which can balance hormones naturally ..or if u can tell me somthing related to this topic ... Please help me ..

hi manisha,

please dont get confused unnecessarily. unless it is medically examined, you cant afford to get get scared thus. you wont have the hirsutism syndrome unless you have a family history of the kind. otherwise also it is very unlikely that you have it. you are too young to be bothering about all that as well. when you have your periods regularly, then why bother? please take it easy dear.

the diet to bring about balance in your hormones are:

double up the intake of foods rich in vitamin E, B, C, and zinc. poultry, fish, low fat dairy products, cereals, salads, pulses, milk, buttermilk, yeast, wheat germ, soya beans, whole grains and nuts, eggs, citrus fruits, whole cereals, green leafy vegetables and olive oil. Drink plenty of water. Female hormone estrogen is present mainly in soyabean and alfalfa seeds. It is also available in oats, corn, barley, brown rice and whole wheat.
Reduce tea and coffee.

take quality food instead of quantity food. reduce on junk food and go for a brisk walk anytime you can- but for a whole 45 minutes. a brisk walk. you will burn up a lot of calories and thus reduce the weight.

dont worry please. you will just be alright. infact you ARE normal.

priya ji i forot to tell u i m 19 yrs old from delhi .. till wht age we have hormones changes ..if anything u want to know u can ask me i will reply..I have dark skin too ..and i have gained alot of weight too in last 4-5 years..
