Hi all,

Hope everyone is doing fine and eating well.

I was just wondering if anyone is having the problem of nasal congestion and post-nasal drip?? I've been having this problem since last 2-3 weeks. I also get allergic cough sometimes. But cannot use any medicine except 'Sudafed'. Does anyone know if using vicks-vaporub for the nasal congestion too often, is bad? I don't inhale it. I just apply it externally.

Alpana,

I dont think using vicks has any side effects. If you are in India you can see vicks is used as a very common remedy for cold and cough even for pregnant women and I also apply it when I have head aches even now.

If you still are confused call your doctor and check it out.
