Menstruation:please guide me

Name: troubled one i deliverd a boy in august.everything was going on fine.in feb my gynaec asked me to get multiload inserted to avoid any immediate pregnancy which i did. now for the past 2-3 months i am having heavy periods almost for 20 days in a month. i dont know what to do. i have stopped breast feeding completely as i am working for the past 2 months.please guide me.i am really worried.

This usually happens for the first few months,then it comes back to normal.but it will be better to talk to your doctor about this.
