Hi archie, i need help from u. archie my due date was on the 12th dec and till now i havent delivered no pains yet and cervix still closed iam going for checkups every other day and getting the nst done. my gynac said that we will wait till 21st and if i dont deliver till 20th they will induce pain. iam very scared and nervous this is my second child but during the first baby it was not this case. i dont want a c section. doc says that everything is normal. just wanted to know if theres anything i can do to get into labor. pls advice. iam too tensed. archei replied. You won't necessarily end up in having C-section as said by Indu. Be brave and open for delivery options.
How about intercourse? Did you try that. Also if your bowel movements are irregular then how about Castor oil?
Of course long walks, milk-ghee has to be continued.

I know this question is for Archie but I couldn't stop myself to write you as I had the same situation. I delivered my second baby just 3 months before and I too passed my due date same like you. I was going for NST every night and 8th day after my due date they induced me and it was easy labour comparing to my first one. (they induced me both time, so I don't think it's a bad idea as long as I felt in my case ). It was a normal delivery without any complications.
So I will just suggest you to walk more and take MIlk+ ghee it will help to get u in labour as we belives, and if still you need to wait untill the date your gynac suggested then don't worry at all. If you having NST every other day that mean they are also aware about baby's movement every day.You also aware of it so even if they will induce you will be not forcing for a c-section untill it's not necessary. And passing due date is not a sign of C-section at all.Archie please let us know if am wrong to say this. Be brave and keep urself ready for the new one at any moment.
