hello dear friends
Sorry for having disappeared for some time... we were shifting to a new home so just starting to settle down.
how are all the little ones and how are they doing with the solids. Rohan has begun with his cereal, carrots, squash and sweet potatoes. My really big concern is that he has become constipated and has trouble with bowel movement... has anyone faced this problem... what will help him ?
Also he has started waking up frequently in the night crying and ican't figure out why... does anyone have any idea.. please help.

my daughter had constipiation too and it was really hard for me then her dr suggest to give her prune juice.that wast the best solution before that i was giving sugar water,normal water....etc.nothing work.

My daughter Mridu too had sever constipation when she forst started on solids...gripe water helps and wtaer in general has to be given frequently. Keep giving lots of water. Mridu's bowel movement is now good. I think their digestive systems have to get used to the new foods after which they get ok by themselves, but giving water frequently is a must.

Preetha ck replied. With solids stools gets harder for babies. Give oatmeal cereal often, it reduces constipation. Also see that ur baby drinks enough milk. He will be fine soon. Sumana replied. Hello Sapna,
You could give gripe water for constipation. Their stomach gets cleared soon enough.
