MY 3 yrs old daughter is very fusy about eating ??
can anyone suggest how to make children eat more with less fuss saheli replied. What do you give your child to eat everyday? If u explain this in details, including her snacks and tiffin contents, I might help.

Kids love variety, and presentation matters. Making their food healthy, is our job.

My 4 yr kid had same problem but has resolved now after I took some steps.

The Kiddies-corner section on tarladalal site also helped me achieve this.

Another imp reason for loss of apetite is less iron/haemoglobin in body. This was also a prob for my child, hers was 10.5 hb.

Apart from iron supplement, the Dr also prescribed a herbal tonic called \" Eat Ease\" . It is a Ranbaxy product, an apetite booster and they claim you will see a change in 2 weeks! It works, my kid is now eating 2 rotis instead of one and asks for more!

And i also see her asking for food/snacks many times now, something which i always longed to see before.

If ur kid's Iron is less, check with her Dr for an iron supplement. Also, please do not give any tonic or medicine to the kid without checking with your Dr.

Restrict junk food, make meal times fun times, it will help.
