Girls...

I know we are all at the edge of pregnancy and probably I am late in asking this question.
Has any one crave for Soda (especially Coke) ? As i heard it was not good to take now, I totally stopped from the beginning of my pregnancy.. But now a days I am not able to resist myself . Just wanted to check if any one felt or feeling the same way.

Hi Anu,

I can totally understand your craving. Like Ritu, I am satisfying my soda craving by drinking caffeine-free Sprite. But coffee, I am unable to avoid it. If I don't have it very morning, I'll start having headaches. I don't drink decaf as I find it tasteless. In addition to this, I have been having hot chocolate, and candies with lot of cocoa in it. My husband keeps advising me, the reason I give him is that all the parts of the baby are already formed and there's no way there would be a birth defect due my drinking all this :)

I do crave for Sodas so I have a little of Caffiene Free Soda sometimes. I have not checked with my doc if it is harmful or not will do so in the next appointment .
