can anyone please tell me how to lose a post c-section belly and how to make stretch marks fade

Stretch marks in the stomach is nothing but a additional skinny layer along with the belly fat in the belly. to look smarter, definitely we have to reduce our fat in the stomach. its can be happening just by doing some cardio exercises like swimming, walking in the sloppy areas, jogging etc in regularly.

Jaishri,
C-section belly is no different than a paunch to begin with except that probably you have extra skin there in addition to the belly. To lose any kind of belly weight you need to get your heart racing really hard. The normal heart rate is 75 bpm(beats/min) and to gain any kind of weight loss you need to get your heart racing between 160 to 170bpm. The max you could go is 210 minus your age, above which it is considered dangerous.

Now how to get your heart racing so hard then read on:

1. any kind of cardio workout like jogging, running, cross-training, rowing etc.. will get the job done. But take anything that you take up really slow and build your endurance, intensity and resistance.

2. 40 or 50 yrs ago in india...women used to give birth to more than 4 kids and still be very strong b' cos they did a lot of labor intensive household work. My mom used to pull the water out of a well when i was little. Wash the clothes without a washing machine and did the jhadoo-pocha(cleaning) of the house without a maid. She is still very fit and strong, touch wood.

all i' m trying to say is the more industrialized we became, the more lax and lazy also. So, now we have gymming facilities available at every nook and corner of the world. Use these facilities or start doing your household work it' s entirely upto you. But the fundamentals will always remain the same...work hard, eat moderately and lose weight.

you can take treatment on hair, you can use jasmine oil on hair, its really very useful in hair fall treatment, also you can use kapoor in oil, it prevent dandruff and stop hair fall.... - yogesh [View Message]
