I do not see why this has to become so complicated. It is nothing but age that is the culprit. As you become older, your body is changing which makes it more difficult for you to get pregnant. If you are so keen on having many kids, why not have them while you are still young? Adoption is also an option in such cases. It is better to give some one new life instead of wasting lot of money on treating infertility. If you already have your own child is not bad to adopt one more instead of keeping trying to have second chid.
