Parents of Preschoolers  Discussion Forum

Hi

i have 11 mths old twins stay currently in Mumbai. Last week i got to know that parents of babies between 6-18 mths staying in our colony have inquired about schools and even got their kids put on waiting lists of schools. I am shocked and surprised and worried that i have not yet got any information for schooling of my kids and i had not even thought in that direction till now.

I have no clue where to get information about schools for my kids and how to go about putting my kids on their wait lists for play schools or nursery.

i would like to get my kids in a good school in Pune. Pl. help with some information.

I also agree with Anwar. Just keep inquiring about the schools/playschools around your place. So that you can decide which school you would like to put your child in. Some playschools specialize in preparing for a particular school.

Once your kids are 2 yrs old put them in a good playschool, and work with them at home to make them independent , and not shy of strangers. So that they can reply well at the time of interview.

Please dont get paranoid. Your kids doesnt celebrated their first birthday. You please concentrate on how you can celebrate their birthday.
You still have sufficient time to check all these stuffs.
