hi all,
currently being 6 months pregnant, i still do not follow any timetable or order of diet..i eat anything anytime..sometimes i take breakfast sometimes i dont..plz advice me and suggest me a timetable on diet..

hi puja....u may not b able to follow fixed meal hrs but pls try n eat sumthin after every 2 hrs....long gaps b/w meals r not gud....for ur baby to grow wel its imp u hav a glass of milk, a fruit, a sandwich, a bowl of salad or somethin nutritious all day long

try to eat small quantities even if u dont feel upto it

Hi Puja,
I understand how you are feeling when your family members u feel are not supportive but whatever the conditions surround you u try to give priority to your little angel only.
Try to take 2 glasses of milk and at least two kinds of fruits daily. I think you might be regular in taking tablets. Try to take breakfast daily on time.

My son also had the same problem his legs used to shiver my doc said it is due to calcium defieciency b.coz I was calcium deficient. She gave him a tonic for 2 mnths it cured after that. Ravs, your ideas are out of date, since your sis is in NJ she should join a good prenatal class [Lamaze, Bradley etc] and get updated information, also her physician will guide her on diet and her self care please don' t give her advise based on the info in this mail of yours. Not to worry
If you want a normal delivery, ask your doc first to try vaginal delivery if not then go for forceps delivery where baby can taken out with the help of tongs...
