have u tried trying different varieties of her fav dishes? have u tried presentable and appealable formats of regular dishes?

my daughter is also fussy. we used to end up feeding her by hand while she wateches cartoon.

sometime back she had viral fever. Coincidently, the doc told infront of her that she had become weak and needed to eat better.
A day later, she had legs pain immdtly after waking from sleep due to weakness and this went for some days. We took her to doc again, the doc asked her to eat food, veg,fruits ... told her abt popoye etc.

The docs words did a miracle. She is eating much better.

The doc also said that sometimes lack of iron creates disinterest in food. so check her haemoglobin levels.

doc prescribed a herbal tonic for her called \" Eat Ease\" by Ranbaxy. It is an apetite booster. Its been a week m giving her, it challenges it will show difference in 2 weeks.

so check with ur doc and req him to encourage ur kid.

last and not least
explain kid why she shd eat. Tell her thru stories how food, veg and fruits are imp. Try different varieties of food, and present them to her beautifully (presentation matters for kids)

I always tell 1 story to my kid, has helped a lot. See if it helps u:
M telling in short, pls expand it with ur skills :)

first tell her abt Vitamins, proteins, calcium, minerals etc ... tell her what each does, explain at her level, she will undstd. Eg: Calcium in teeth and bones, they r white. So all white things have calcium and milk has most.

Story:
long long ago, god had given us humans only 2 things to eat and they were full of all required nutrition. They were roti and daal.

Soon humans were fed up of eating same thing again n again. Also, some people dint like choc, there were some who hated chips. So they requested god for more.

god said \" fine, i will give u one more dish, but remember, the nutrition will get divided into all. so to maintain ur health u ll hv to eat all of them, u like it or not\"
ppl were so bored that they agreed.
And god gave them milk.

.......
expand the story to more dishes ... add veg, then fruits.
Finally god gives them all the variety but gave a curse for their greed tht only god given things will have nutrition and not aritifical.

so thats why we shd eat all the food as the nutrition is distributed.
and that is why junk food like chips chocolates lack nutrition.

Add spice of some little boy/girl named pinky bunty and his friends etc in the story.

And whenever u give her to eat, tell her what is contains .. like papaya contains vit A ... iron is red, so is blood, so is carrot and beetroot .. etc.
