Hi, I' m newly married. We are planning not have baby for a year. My gynae has prescribed three pills for my choice (femilon,triguilar,Loeth).I' m scared to go under pills and my hubby doesn' t want me to take it because of the side effects. He is fine with usage of condoms. But i' m scared of getting pregnant.How safer are condoms and I seriously do not want a kid at the moment.
Can you please tell if usage of condom reduces the erection or the sex pleasure for men?

rita replied. first of all pills do have side effects but they won' t harm u or ur body for being pregnant. i have been married for 7 years and have been on pills since day one. i have a 2 years old child. ask ur doctor which pill is the best and try for 3 months. if everything stays ok, go on that pill. the most common side effects are:
-excessive bleeding
-severe headaches
-weight gain/loss
-too long periods
-acne
those r the most common side effects. read the insrtuctions. for ur hubby, tell him that if he takes a asprin even that has a side effect. pills are the most effective method to prevent pregnancy. he can use condom but sometimes condoms can break and there u go. but if u take pill u r more safer. chose the time that u r taking the pill everyday. if one of the pill doesn' t suit u try the other one for 3 months. if u notice all those side effects in first month, stop the pill and try different one. but consult u doctor first. or go on a pill which has less hormons. don' t worry and when ever u want to become pregnant stop the pill. usually it takes 3 to 6 months to get pregnant after u have stopped the pill but each indivisual is different. so relax and enjoy.
