Hi! everyone..I just startedmy 39th week...and have been getting a blood streaked mucus discharge for the last 3-4 days. Also I keep getting painful contractions during the day taht make me stop whatever I am doing. Yesterday, I visited te labor and delivery as the contractions were regular and PAINFUL!!!..but they turned out to be not the real ones. I am 1cm dilated,25% effaced and baby is at -2 station....wonder how long before the real ones start??..any guesses, suggestions..Archie, everyone what do u think????
Is anyone else getting the blood straeked mucus discharge too?????
Would appreciate all comments!

remind me if I am incorrect, were you the one wondered on VBAC?
are you the second timer (multiparous) and GD mother?
YOu have pretty good chances of delivering on or just around due date provided these contractions continue as they are. keep movement watch.
